What we do

Private Houses/Developments and Leaseholders

We work with you to create a budget that not only includes all the heads of expenditure for your property or development to meet legislation, but that offers the best value for money in doing so. Budgets can sometimes be higher than expected because the amount of spend required is shared by fewer people – we will work with you as residents evaluating your individual scenario to ensure there is a clear understanding of what is and isn’t required and detail the frequency of these services.

Resident Management Companies

Where you want to delegate the responsibility for organising the services to your block of apartments/estate – we take over the management of your development entirely – this includes collecting the service charge, organising the insurance, arranging for all contractors to attend, carry out risk assessments and comply with current legislation.

We also take the pressure off you by taking responsibility for your Right to Manage / Resident Management Company’s interests with Companies House. This means we submit the Confirmation Statement and organise for Accounts to be produced and filed.

Developers/Builders/Freeholders
